Our private path through the seagrass leads to beautiful, sandy Wells Beach. Walk across the street to Wells harbor for boating and enjoying gorgeous sunsets, next door is the Wells jetty for great fishing and scenic strolls.
Sit and relax on the sunny deck. Watch the seals play, and boats cruise by from the private yard with picturesque landscape of dunes, seagrass, and searoses. Relax , sunbathe, or walk the 3 mile long pristine white sandy beach. Imagine fishing, kayaking, swimming, sunbathing, crabbing, or boating all at your vacation home without having to get in your car.
Wells Beach is a large ocean beach for swimming, bodysurfing, surfing, boogieboarding, jogging, walking, or just sitting. Next door is childsafe calm harbor beach great for small children. Great fishing off jetty's or surfcasting on the beach all from your front door. Walk across the steet to Beautiful sunsets over the harbor, or enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise over the seagrass and ocean.
Walk/bike to trolly, shops, restaurants, playground, arcade. Browse through the numerous Antique shops just up the road. Explore the close quaint seaside towns of York, Cape Neddick, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and Cape Porpoise. Portland museums, shops, restaurants, theatre and sporting events are just a short drive. Outlet shopping is nearby at Kittery and Freeport. Great golfing is also nearby with the brand new Old Marsh semi-private Country Club opening in spring 08.
