And the home with a living room, fireplace room, billiard parlor, fully equipped rec room, screened porch and outdoor hot tub will afford plenty of space and fun for all. Just 15 minutes to the Sunday River ski slopes, 10 minutes to Mt Abram, and just over an hour to Storyland and North Conway.

Winter non-holiday weekends are 1500 plus tax(7%) and cleaning fee of 100.
Summer rates are 5000 per week, Fri-Fri from late June thru late-August. June and last week of August reduced rates apply.
Late March thru June and Sept thru late December very negotiable for both large and small groups.
