| This large, unique lakefront home nestled in the White Mountain foothills is one of very few in the area able to accommodate large groups under one roof, ie: weddings, reunions, church groups, etc. Just 20 minutes to the Sunday River ski slopes and 10 minutes to Mt Abram. Just over an hour to Storyland. Great location for summer fun,leafpeeping, snowmobiling and of course, skiing! We also welcome small groups as well, even if its just two of you and you need a nice getaway for a weekend. With over 4000 square feet of house and a huge yard with prime lake frontage and dock, nothing but fun awaits you at Bryant pond station.
Note: groups over 25 must rent nearby condos to supplement.

Winter weekends start are 1400 plus tax and cleaning, a third night is 200-300.
Midweek 150-300 please call for holiday weeks/weekends.
Summer weeks 4500 late June thru late-August.
Last week of August and June discounted rates apply. Please call.
Labor day weekend 1500.
Mid-March thru May and Sept thru December off-season rates apply. please call owner for rates. We are very negotiable!
Smaller groups welcome particularly during off season.
